Engagement Analytics

Understanding how your roster is performing requires more than looking at streams alone. Engagement Analytics gives Community Owners a centralized view of how their entire roster is engaging audiences across streaming, social, discovery, and radio channels.

Instead of reviewing each artist individually or logging into multiple platforms, Community Owners can see their aggregated engagement data across all artists under their community and labels in one place.

Individual artists see their own engagement data. Community Owners see the combined performance of their entire roster.

What can I see with Engagement Analytics?

Community Owners have access to the same Engagement Analytics sections available to individual artists, but all data is aggregated across the artists within their community and labels.

1. Total Engagement

See the total engagement generated by your entire roster across supported social, streaming, discovery, and radio channels.

Your aggregated engagement is presented in a pie chart, allowing you to understand how engagement is distributed across your community's channels.

Depending on available data, this can include:

  • Spotify streams

  • YouTube channel views

  • Instagram likes

  • TikTok likes

  • Shazams

  • SoundCloud streams

  • Radio Airplays

This provides a single view of the overall engagement generated by your roster.

2. Engagement Analytics

Track how your community's aggregated engagement is performing over time.

Use the available time and channel filters to analyze specific periods and platforms.

Engagement Analytics allows you to:

  • Track overall roster engagement growth

  • Compare engagement across channels

  • Identify spikes in engagement

  • Identify periods of declining engagement

  • Understand which channels are contributing most to roster growth

  • Investigate significant changes in your community's performance

For example, a spike in engagement across your roster may coincide with a major release, viral piece of content, playlist placement, marketing campaign, or increased radio activity.

3. Top Tracks

Measure how the distributed tracks across your entire roster are performing.

Use the available time and channel filters to identify the tracks generating the strongest engagement across your community.

This allows you to identify:

  • Your highest-performing tracks

  • Tracks gaining momentum

  • Which channels are driving track engagement

  • Which artists and tracks are contributing most to overall engagement

  • How track performance changes over time

Because the data is aggregated, Community Owners can use this view to understand which tracks across their entire roster are performing best.

4. Top Videos

See your roster's YouTube videos ranked by views.

Monitor the performance of your artists' video content without having to log into YouTube or review each artist separately.

Use this data to identify:

  • Your highest-viewed videos

  • Artists generating strong video engagement

  • Content that is gaining momentum

  • Which videos are contributing most to overall audience engagement

5. Social Engagement

See aggregated social media engagement across your entire roster.

Monitor likes across supported social channels including:

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • YouTube

  • X/Twitter

Rather than reviewing each artist's social performance individually, Community Owners can use this view to understand the combined social engagement generated by their entire roster.

6. Engagement Heatmap

Understand where your roster's engagement is coming from around the world.

The interactive world map allows you to hover over individual countries and see the engagement generated by your entire community in each market.

Use the channel filter to explore engagement from specific platforms.

For example, you can identify:

  • Where your roster's Spotify streams are coming from

  • Where your YouTube views are coming from

  • Where your community is receiving radio airplay

  • Which countries generate the most engagement across your roster

  • Which markets are strongest for specific channels

This provides a visual understanding of where your community has the strongest audience engagement globally.
