Overview
The Quick Invite feature allows community owners to seamlessly invite members to join their community directly from the Client Management interface. This empowers creators and brands to grow their community quickly without leaving the platform.
Goals
Simplify the onboarding process for new members.
Enable bulk invitations through email input.
Ensure a smooth, branded invitation journey from invite to signup.
Improve creator and brand control over their client/member lists.
User Journey
1. Accessing Client Management
Community owners navigate to the Client Management screen under their Makerverse workspace and select the Creators tab.
2. Launching the Invite Flow
A clear + Invite Member button is available on the screen. Upon clicking, a modal dialog appears.
3. Entering Email Addresses
The modal contains:
An input field for entering one or more email addresses.
Support for multiple entries at once, separated by commas or spaces.
4. Submitting Invitations
Once emails are entered:
Owner clicks Submit.
The system validates email addresses.
Invitation emails are dispatched automatically.
5. Invitation Email Experience
Invitees receive a beautifully branded Makerverse email:
Friendly greeting with an emoji and celebratory tone.
Clear explanation of why they’re receiving the invite.
A "Sign Up" CTA button that links directly to the community-specific sign-up page.
