View Subscriber Analytics

The Subscriber Analytics dashboard provides real-time insights into who is subscribing to your community's active pricing plans. Designed to support strategic decision-making, community engagement optimization, and revenue forecasting, this view is critical for both operational leads and creator success teams.


Feature Purpose

Subscriber Analytics enables community admins to:

  • Understand who their subscribers are and how they’re behaving

  • Track subscription trends and growth over time

  • Export user-level data for deeper analysis or CRM integration

  • Segment user cohorts by plan, location, or age group

Use this data to optimize pricing strategies, campaign targeting, and retention workflows.


How to Access your Subscriber Analytics

Navigate via:

Main Navigation Widget → Monetisation → Subscriber Analytics

This section is automatically available once at least one active subscription plan has users.


Analytics Overview

This section displays the total number of active, paying subscribers across your platform. To help you better understand where growth is coming from, the data is broken down by:

1. Total Subscribers

  • Displays total number of active, paying subscribers

  • Breakdown by:

    • Pricing Plan Name – Analyze how many users are subscribed under each available plan, allowing you to track the performance and popularity of your different pricing tiers.

This is your baseline KPI for measuring monetisation scale.


2. Subscription Statistics

This feature is designed to give you a clear, real-time view of your subscriber activity and overall subscription performance. This dashboard provides actionable insights into user engagement and retention by tracking key metrics such as:

  • Total Subscribers – The total number of users currently enrolled in your subscription service.

  • Active Subscribers – Users with ongoing, valid subscriptions.

  • New Subscribers – Recently acquired users who’ve started a subscription.

  • Cancelled Subscriptions – Users who have opted to end their subscription.

  • Paused Subscriptions – Subscribers who have temporarily suspended their plan.

These statistics help you monitor trends, understand user behavior, and make informed decisions to drive growth and reduce churn.


3. Subscription Growth

The Subscription Growth section provides a visual representation of how your subscriber base is evolving over time. Presented as a time-series line graph, this view helps you identify patterns, spikes, and potential drop-offs in subscriber activity.

Key capabilities include:

  • Subscriber Count Over Time – Track growth trends across different periods.

  • Growth by Plan – Understand how each pricing plan contributes to overall growth.

  • Custom Time Intervals – Segment data by daily, weekly, or monthly views for flexible analysis and reporting.

This section is especially useful for measuring the impact of campaigns, feature releases, or seasonal trends on subscriber acquisition and retention.

Use this to assess the success of recent launches or campaigns.


4. All Subscribers List

The All Subscribers List offers a comprehensive, exportable table containing detailed records of every individual subscriber on your platform. This view is ideal for operational management, customer support, and strategic review, giving you quick access to essential subscriber-level data.

5. Demographic Breakdown

The Demographic Breakdown section provides insights into the composition of your subscriber base, helping you better understand who your users are and how to tailor your offerings and messaging accordingly.

This section includes:

  • Gender Breakdown – Breakdown of subscribers by gender: Male, Female, or Unknown, based on the data provided at sign-up or profile completion.

  • Age Breakdown – Categorized view of subscriber age groups to help identify demographic trends and engagement patterns.

By analyzing this data, you can make more informed decisions around product development, marketing strategies, and user experience improvements tailored to your audience segments.


6. Subscribers by Country

  • Geo heatmap or bar graph by subscriber origin

  • Top 10 countries listed

  • Useful for regional marketing or pricing localization strategies

Can be filtered to compare subscriber distributions across plans.


Filters & Controls

Admins can filter all data views by:

  • Plan Name – See performance by subscription tier

  • Subscription Type – Monthly / Annual

  • Time Range – Custom or predefined intervals (e.g., Last 30 Days, Q1 2025)

All charts and tables update in real-time with filter selections.


CSV Export

Community owners can export subscriber lists at any time:

  • Includes full user and subscription metadata

  • Downloaded as a standard .csv file

  • Timestamped with export time


Permissions & Access

  • Community Owners and Admins with Billing Access can view and download analytics

  • Content Managers and other roles may have view-only access, depending on permissions set in Users & Teams
