Analytics Overview
This section displays the total number of active, paying subscribers across your platform. To help you better understand where growth is coming from, the data is broken down by:
1. Total Subscribers
Displays total number of active, paying subscribers
Breakdown by:
Pricing Plan Name – Analyze how many users are subscribed under each available plan, allowing you to track the performance and popularity of your different pricing tiers.
This is your baseline KPI for measuring monetisation scale.
2. Subscription Statistics
This feature is designed to give you a clear, real-time view of your subscriber activity and overall subscription performance. This dashboard provides actionable insights into user engagement and retention by tracking key metrics such as:
Total Subscribers – The total number of users currently enrolled in your subscription service.
Active Subscribers – Users with ongoing, valid subscriptions.
New Subscribers – Recently acquired users who’ve started a subscription.
Cancelled Subscriptions – Users who have opted to end their subscription.
Paused Subscriptions – Subscribers who have temporarily suspended their plan.
