This guide walks you through how creators and community owners can withdraw a positive balance from their wallet on Makerverse. Both creators and community owners can withdraw funds from their wallet once their available balance exceeds the minimum threshold.
Before You Start
Minimum withdrawal amount: $10.00 (excluding fees)
Processing time: 2–3 business days
Withdrawal fee: Flat 3% processing fee applied to cover payment processing providers like Stripe, Paystack, etc.
How to Withdraw Funds from your Wallet
Withdrawing money from your wallet is quick and easy! Just follow the steps below to transfer your available balance directly to your bank account.
Before You Begin
Minimum balance required: You must have over $100.00 in your wallet plus withdrawal fees to make a withdrawal.
Note: If your balance is under $100.00, the system will not process the request.
Make sure your available balance is at least $100 + 3% in fees.
💡 Example: To withdraw $100, your wallet must hold at least $103.00.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to Your Wallet
Log into your Label Dashboard account > www.makerverse.xyz
From the left-hand menu, click "Wallet"
2. Click the "Withdraw" Button
In the top right corner of your wallet dashboard, click the Withdraw button.

3. Add or Select a Bank Account
You can add a new bank account or select one you've previously added.
To Add a New Account:
Click “Add New Beneficiary.”
Fill in all required details (name, account number, etc.).
Click Save.
You can add multiple beneficiaries to your account.
You can delete a beneficiary at any time from the Wallet screen.
4. Add New Beneficiary:
Complete all the required fields in order to successfully create a beneficiary to pay out to. Remember you can always delete the beneficiary from your wallet screen.
5. Choose Your Preferred Currency
Select the currency you’d like to receive the funds in.

6. Select Your Bank
Based on your selected currency, a list of verified banking providers will appear.
Choose the bank account where you want the funds to be deposited.
7. Add Your Account & Routing Number
For accounts that do not have a list of banks, please fill in all the required details needed like account number, routing number, IBAN, and/or SWIFT Code to successfully process your withdrawal.
Authorize the Withdrawal
You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email.
Enter the OTP to confirm and complete your withdrawal.
This is to ensure your account is protected with an extra layer of security.
That’s It!
Once authorized, your funds will be processed and sent to your selected bank account. You can expect your fund to clear within 2-3 business days.
