Step-by-step Guide
Step 1: Forgot Password
If you cannot remember your password, you’ll need to reset it to regain access to your account.
To get started, simply click the 'Forgot Password' on the Sign In page of your community. Once you click Forgot Password you will be able to provide your email address on the next step.
Step 2: Provide Email Address
Enter the email address you used during registration in the provided field.
Click the highlighted button 'Continue' (see example image below).
Important: Double-check your email address for accuracy. We will send you instructions on how to reset your password.
Step 3: OTP Verification
Once you have submitted your details you will be asked to verify your email by providing an OTP (One-Time-Password) that will be sent to the email address provided.
Step 4: Password Reset
Once you have submitted the correct OTP, you can continue setting up your new password.
Complete the required fields:
Enter your new password
Confirm your new password
Once all fields are filled, click the 'Continue' button.
After successfully resetting your password, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a 'Log In' button. Click this link to return to the main application.
Alternatively, you can click 'Return to Login' to sign in with your new credentials.
