Step 1: Forgot Password

Step 2: Provide Email Address

Click the highlighted button 'Continue' (see example image below).
Important: Double-check your email address for accuracy. We will send you instructions on how to reset your password.
Step 3: Password Reset
After receiving the email, follow the link to the 'Update Your Password' page.
Complete the required fields:
Enter your new password
Confirm your new password
Once all fields are filled, click the 'Continue' button.
After successfully resetting your password, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a 'Log In' button. Click this link to return to the main application to sign in.
Alternatively, you can click 'Return to Login' to sign in with your new credentials.
