UGC DSPs & Content ID Distribution Approval Submission Form

This form is intended for community owners, label managers, or artist representatives to provide essential information regarding a release flagged for distribution to User-Generated Content (UGC) Digital Service Providers (DSPs) — such as YouTube Content ID, Facebook/Instagram Rights Manager, and TikTok’s Rights Management system.

Prior to submitting any content to UGC platforms, Makerverse requires a proactive approval process to ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines, mitigate copyright infringement risks, and maintain a clean rights management environment.All submissions will be reviewed by the Infringement & Rights Management team. Approval must be granted before content is distributed to UGC DSPs.

Once submitted, the Makerverse Infringement Team will review your entry within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we will proceed with UGC DSP delivery on your behalf. If further clarification or documentation is required, we will contact you directly via the email provided. Please ensure that all information is accurate and complete to prevent delays or rejections.
