Setup your Community Branding & Identity

In this article, we'll guide you through setting up and customizing your branding and identity within the platform. We'll cover the specifications for each, including image formats, sizes, and colour options, to ensure your branding looks consistent and professional across all devices.

Follow these guidelines to enhance your brand's presence:


1. Favicon

Appears on browser on tab as small icon

We recommend PNG images but also support PNG and JPG/JPEG setting specifications for all formats 30 x 30 px


2. Account Icon

Upload a square image (1:1 ratio) that represents your brand identity.

This icon will be displayed in the primary sidebar and on your login/signup page.

We recommend using an SVG image for optimal quality, but PNG and JPG/JPEG files are also accepted.

Maximum file size is 1 MB.


3. Light Theme Logo

Light Version: Designed to be used against light backgrounds. Ensure elements are visible and contrast well against light colours.

We recommend SVG images but also support PNG and JPG/JPEG setting specification for all formats

  • Width to height ratio between 5:1 and 6:1

  • Maximum file size 1MB

Additional Specifications for non-SVG formations

  • Recommend minimum resolution 72 DPI

  • Minimum 200px width (600px or more recommended)

  • Minimum 80 px height (150px or more recommended)



4. Dark Theme Logo

Dark Version: Designed to be used against dark backgrounds. Ensure elements are visible and contrast well against dark colours.

We recommend SVG images but also support PNG and JPG/JPEG setting specification for all formats

  • Width to height ratio between 5:1 and 6:1

  • Maximum file size 1MB

Additional Specifications for non-SVG formations

  • Recommend minimum resolution 72 DPI

5. Statement Logo

Upload a logo specifically for statements issued to payees from your account. This logo should be clear and visually appealing, even when printed.

We recommend using an SVG image for optimal scalability, but PNG and JPG/JPEG files are also accepted.

Maximum file size is 1 MB.

6. Brand Color

Choose a colour to personalise your brand's appearance.

This accent colour will be used for buttons, links, and other interactive elements throughout your platform.

You can either select a colour from the colour picker or enter a specific hex code.
